• Manage end-to-end certification projects, including initial client consultations, document review, audit scheduling, and certification issuance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the certification process, providing guidance, support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and certification requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule certification audits with clients and external auditors, ensuring adherence to established timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline certification processes, optimize efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to certification projects, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management, business administration).
• Previous experience in certification, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, certification standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and certification management software.
